extension tubes.

Having sold my macro lens after realising i dont do enough to justify it, i am now looking at some extension tubes to meet my needs. I hve the lenses in my sig that i am going to use with the tubes.

My question is there are plenty of brands out there each commanding their own pricing. Why are some more expensive than others considering they are of similar construction, do the same job etc... I know some are plastic construction inc the mounts but i am staying clear of those.. I have only been looknig at auto tubes as well.

I think it's all about brand names. So long as you only use EF lenses I'd be inclined to go for triplus brand as they do the same job and are metal mount.

I've got a set of Jessops tubes, cost me £25 brand new, they used to do this offer fairly regularly so if you can wait for about 3 or 4 months.....

Jessops Tubes are great, they work as Canon, Nikon or Kenko brand
