HI for the course i am doing i need to write about 100 words with each image, in this i need to say if any one influenced me and what research i have done. My question is, can some one give a list of some famous photographers with the style they do. At the moment i am doing different/unusual perspectives, do you know any sites to look at with pictures to do with this? thanks
 
Hi, probably not too popular nowadays but if you are into influential photographers of the 20th century in fashion, look at John French. He is the man who mentored David Bailey and helped create the iconic 'Vogue' studio look. It's all history now and can look very cliche but it was all new in the early 1960's.

Do the research yourself , that is the point of the exersise !!

As a teacher I can see the difference between giving clarification of the tasks set on an exam paper, and doing the learners work for them.

As you rightly state Nigel it took you two minutes to find the information , something the Op could have done themselves.

The other poster needed clarification of the task, not the research done for them , and that is the difference.;)

Hi I have done lots of research for this assignment, from google to the libary. I was only asking as sometimes people know of good sites that others dont, so someone might of known a good site that i hadnt found on google.
Why dont people complain when people ask for cheapest places to buy e.t.c, surely they can do that themselves, Thought the idea behind forums was to share knowledge etc.
 
Try checking out Edward Chambre Hardman. A very accomplished Liverpool photographer, with a particular image that became very well admired. Research will reveal all.

Not in all those books you have read and all the googling you have done :)

I suggest you stop being lazy,get back to the library and desist from asking forum members to do your leg work :shake:

what do you mean 100 assignment?

I am not being lazy, just making sure I havent missed someone that google didnt throw up. Some lesser known photographer might not be on google, but be just what i am looking for.

I am more than likely going to do some shots influenced by alexander rodchenko, not suggested by forum member, through my own research.
