very very slippy when it's wet. I wore walking boots and wouldn't have liked to be in anything else. Even wearing boots i slipped once and my friend has a nice bruise on her arm from where i grabbed her to stop myself from falling. One gentleman slipped and broke his camera and hurt his arm.
