am I right in thinking you can get a nasty rash off those spines?
 
Sorry I don't know Mike, I know they use them for protection but I don't think these are poisonous, it's known as the Garden Tiger. Now the Browntail moth caterpillar are for sure ;)

Just love the caterpillar, we don't seem to have many around at the moment
 
I love the last one particularly, not that there is anything wrong with the other three.
