took a close up of the wood burner, thought it would be diffrent, but i can't seem to get the deep reds that you can see with your eye

added a yellow filter in photoshop, this seemed to improve it a bit but suggestions would be apreciated

just all the shots i took look a little pink without fiddling in photoshop

anyone got any tips how to take it with a more life-like deep red instead of my pics turning pink? greatly appritiate the help

Have you edited it in ps/lightroom? Changing the temp etc could help make it 'redder'.

thats what i have done on this pic, but i wanted to try and get the shots more "naturally" without editing, i just can't get a ritch colour

I did this a while ago but with a macro lens and burning coal, the results where amazing. Cant remember the settings but I used a mini tripod and quite a slow shutter speed as I was focused on the embers and not the flames.
