Firefox and cookies

Hi

Hope some one can , firefox cleans out the cookies when i close down sometimes, loose all user names etc.. I have checked all settings in options and all ok. Nothing set as far as i can tell to clean them out or to delete them. Any ones had this problem. Thanks in advance.

Have a look in:

Preferences > Privacy > Settings
