First attempt at reverse ring Macro shots

Please take a look, Looking for advice

I find it difficult to manually focus as I can only really see the image very dark in the view finder, sometimes not even at all.

Any tips? or just feedback.

A great start by the look of things

I think the easiest way round the dark viewfinder thing is to get more light on your subject - bright daylight should be less of a problem than indoors at night for example. I make regular use of the little focus lights on my macro flashes but a little LED torch might work too.
