First attempts at shutter priority

After my last outing on a really dull day I wasn't happy with the grainy results. Got really good advice in the basics forum, so went out today to give the settings a try. I set my 500D to shutter priority with a speed of 1/250. ISO was 100 and apeture was f4 for most if not all the shots. Appreciate critique on my latest efforts.

Nice! :clap: I like the Easyjet taking off, you really captured the effort the engines are making to get off the ground.
 
#4 as well for me. Would have had a far greater impact with blue sky IMO, but that's kind of out of your control.
 
Easyjet take off for me too (y),pity the yellow one has picked up its own control tower :p
