Thought I'd go ahead and get some comments on my first attempt at shooting winter sports. Crosslit with 2 SB-800's triggered by skyports.

It was pitch black outside a part from some lightning at the site, lifts wont open till tomorrow so we had to walk up the hill.

Hi Purvins. I like the sense of action in the shot and the skier's pose. I guess it would be better if there were more light on the subject to better define the skier but don't listen to me, I'm just a beginner!
 
I like it,, maybe a closer zoom on the lunatic in the air?

Loving the lighting - moody but striking. Think the guy just needs to be a bit spread out - the arms look a bit tangled - but it's better than anything I' shot so what the hell!! :)
 
Less flash on the RHS his face is blown, as is the snow (not as important) :)
