Full moon is the most difficult phase to photograph the moon well, but these shots are good; very well exposed.

It looks like you are limited by your lens but even the moon is a distant subject.

Half moon is good for photos because there are more shadows.

Thank you Dave. I agree that it is tricky to photograph the full moon as one side is never so clear. I might have to try the half moon as suggested (y)
 
good shots, as above its harder to get the detail on the full moons.

What lens are you using for them?

This is taken on my 500mm but to bring the shadows out a bit more and change emphasis you can shoot it in raw then alter a few things like the contrast can help like in this one.
