first shots with new sigma 105mm

new fungi with better focus used my tripod and new lens. what do you think.

Love these.

They almost 'pop' out of the page.

#1 - good colour contrast. I may have opted for a slightly increased DOF...top of the yellow looks a little soft to due the small DOF. Still like it though!

#2 - nice. Crop the bottom right?

#3&4 - almost look 3D!!

I love these! Especially the tufts. Are all these things commonplace in woodland? I've never seen puffballs.

Hi Andythilo all these shots have bean done with natural light but you can use a reflector.
