Good capture as are the other two ( I cannot be bothered to repeat myself ) Where is the fourth one? Maybe a bit more room to the left on this one, so the bird has more space to fly into.

You have done a good job of nailing the bird but I agree about the crop, the bird needs to be flying in to the frame not out of it.
