NEWBIE ALERT! Apologies for asking a question as my first post, but I'm about to buy a second hand 350d and need to know if I can get a converter so I can use my Minolta fit lens on the Canon.

Anyone know if it can be done?

Cheers

Paul

Short answer - no.

Longer answer - If you have a lot of Konica-Minolta lenses, why not look for a 2nd hand Sony DSLR? Sony bought K-M's photography business, and kept the lens mount....

agree with reddeathdrinker, have a look at the sony alpha range.i have an alpha 100,which i got with the 18-70 plus the 75-300,but i've also purchased a couple of KM lens that fit the alpha...picture quality is nice and sharp etc,so you may want to consider one...
