had my nikon d3100 a week, and noticed a ? mark flashing, referred to manual, and it said....ERROR OCCURED UPDATING FIRMWARE FOR OPTIONAL FLASH UNIT. so i took it into shop where bought and the man in the shop said yes its got an error, we haven't any left in stock, so changed it at another shop, just charged battery put it in camera and same thing happened any ideas, cant believe its the same fault twice
