I have been using my old Yashica lenses on my D40 with an adaptor, but even when i take the flash gun (Nissin Di622) out of it's TTL mode, the camera still says "Flash is in TTL Mode - No Lens Connected".
I know that it will keep telling me there is no lens, but why can't I disable the TTL and just use the manual power settings on the flash so it sync's with the shutter? :shrug:
