Flickering icon on screen

Hi all

I have found this morning a flickering icon on my screen. It looks like a link picture from YouTube and it shows up on everything. I suspect the video card. I have turned the pc off and on again and tested the screen with another input and it’s not the screen.
Any ideas folks?

Panic over....hopefully. It has seemed to have slowly faded away. Bit worrying though.
