Flickr: Grouping Groups?

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if theres a way to group flickr groups, or to add an image to a batch of groups??

For example: I want to post a music shot into music groups, I currently have to scroll through the long long list of all my groups and add it to each one, one by one. Currently I do this by opening a new tab for each group with middle button on the mouse, then clicking the "add photo" link in each tab etc etc.

Any advice on how to streamline this is appreciated!

Still not 100% efficient, but a bit better than multiple tabs:
From flickr homepage > organize and create > your sets > click groups > then you will have little icons for each group, just drag your photos into the groups.

I've been thinking a bit more into this and am now wondering if theres a flickr exporter for lightroom that might have some groupage ability, google time!
