Floating fruit

Had a play at still life today. I wanted the banana to look like it was floating in the air, so used the shadow to suggest this. Also wanted vivid colours so bought some coloured card for the background. Hope it works! What do you think?

Thank you so much for your comment. It's actually really simple.... just hung on a thread which is cloned out afterwards.
Lighting is a continuous softbox to the right at camera level. Another softbox to the left high up. Then a handheld flashgun to throw the shadow. I'm still learning, but really pleased with this one.
