Flower first attempt

Hi all, I though i would give it a shot ...

Any thoughts C&C welcome

I do like the simplicity of the flower itself and the selective colouring but my eye is drawn to the right and down by the space you've left and the grass (?) thats filling it.

Think I would have preferred a tighter crop - good first attempt though! Keep 'em coming

Very well done on this, try some other colours as white is a pig to get right(but but you managed it), as above said a tighter crop would made a difference.
