Couple of photos any c & c welcome

Appologies for being harsh but I'm not sure what either is focusing on, the first one is alright compositionally but the lack of focus and sharpness in the petals doesn't work for me.
The second one again has no focal point and the bakground is distracting, I think it would be improved by getting in much closer to the flower and loosing the surrounding space.

The first ones colors are spot on, but I find the white petals in the top right very distracting. Good shots, crop the 2nd to remove the background.

Top one would have been so much better if you had been "square on" to it. Second one ain`t my thing i`m afraid.

They both seem incredibly noisy as well to my eye - possibly in the post processing?

I like the first one best, focus on centre is spot on, like the angle too, gives a bit of depth to the flower, would clone out the white bits in the background and sharpen a tad to be a real stunner!
