Focusing on a moving object up close?

Im only a beginner in photography and want some tips on focusing and taking a picture of a close up object which is moving!!!!

Depends on what the object is, how close it is, how fast its moving, what lens you are using, what light there is etc etc.

Well, the obvious comment is that you need to use the continuous focus mode on your camera.

Or manual focus and get good at it.
