Fotodiox "pro" lens adaptor

I have just purchased a Fotodiox Pro lens adaptor for my Canon 6d, and it is the one which allows the fitting of Nikon manual focus lenses.
It has just arrived, so I tried it out on a couple of my Nikkormat lenses, which are both a really good fit on the camers - the 135 f3.5 and the 50 f2 - and unfortunately the adaptor is extremely loose on both lenses, and I haven't even gone to the trouble of attaching them to the Canon yet.
Has anyone else got these adaptors and had the same problem with them?

I have several Fotodiox adapters (C/Y, P645 and P6 to EOS) and they all seem to be a good fit and not sloppy.

Cheers Bob, it seems as though I may have a rogue one. I have had adaptors (M42 mainly) which move slightly on the body with a telephoto attached, but never had the mount wobbling around when it is just fixed to the lens.

Yes, definitely anti clockwise and there is a click, but the thing is very loose. You have to depress the lever to release it.
 
I have one and it's absolutely fine. I suggest you replace!

Edit: Just saw the fix. Easy job.

I have had a quick look at it, and it is on the opposite side (the lens side), and the flange is a lot thicker. If it had been on the camera body side then it would have been easy.

Have had similar problems on adapters, easy to fix, I found a craft knife blade simpler than a jewellers screwdriver, depends how far you need to open it up to get the tight fit though.
 
Back to this old chestnut, because unfortunately I cannot modify it. I will take piccies to show why not ASAP, but basically it is because there is nowhere to get any leverage on the lens side flanges of the adaptor. There really is quite a bit of wobble from the lens, so much so that I thought about shimming it out. The camera body to adaptor fit is great.
The problem, is that the adaptor does not look exactly like the ones on the Amazon site or Fotodiox site. I have also been looking at Kiwifoto for adaptors because I don't really want to swap the adaptors around too much because of the spring loaded location pin.
I went on the Kiwifoto site and their adaptor looked good, but when I searched for Kiwifoto on Amazon, the adaptor looked exactly like my current Fotodiox one, simpy with a different name.
I have read reports that most of these adaptors are produced in various factories in China, with varying results, tolerances and performance.
