Got round to sorting some shots out from my holiday to southern France, managed a couple of visits to a really nice gorge that was a macro photographers dream ......... loads of interesting wee creatures, and some cool water to have a paddle in. I was really taken with the Damoiselles that were about and spent a fair bit of my time trying to get some decent shots, they were really skittish in the bright hot sun.

I apologise for the number of images as I couldnt make my mind up which ones to post ........

As someone who has only ever seen a flash of blue at the waters edge, these are amazing shots...

no 10 is my fav, clipped ot not its beautiful, the colours are gorgeous.

What kit were u using? what settings?
