A quick natural-light snap I did for my friend of her daughter Emma. C&C welcome.

I think the crop and processing work well, but find the hair in her eyes and shadows across her face distracting. It would be nice to see a little more detail / catchlights in her eyes to make them look more 'alive'.

I agree with Min....sort of nearly there, just not quite.

Any chance you could re-shoot? She has a nice face and might be worth the effort.

Thanks for the comments - fair points all. The shadow did annoy me, and I even tried to clone it out without success. I'll have plenty of chances to try again, so no harm done.
