Both nice but both cropped wider losing top parts of each frame would work better for me. Neither needs as much sky - a 16:9 or 2:1 I can see working extremely well.

Although if you sell commercially leave the sky as there's room galore for text.
 
I’d say one is a nice record shot but as good as the view is there isn’t really a clear composition. Two has that and a nice dramatic feel
