Hi All,

At the moment I have a D100 and a D60 and the following:

Nikon 70-300mm f4.5-5.6
Tamron 70-300mm F4/5.6
Nikon 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6
Sigma 50-500mm EX DG APO HSM

I've just managed to get a good deal on an S5 Pro, so I wanted to get some advice on a good quality peice of glass for it.

My main intention is to take it with me when I go to hawaii, so I would prefer something that has a decent range for landscapes and portrait. Im conscious that I want to get some good glass, so would like advice!

I dont have a budget as such so any suggestions are welcome.

Cheers
Mark

Nikon 12-24mm f/4 - great wide-angle (ultra sharp) and miles better than the Sigma 10-20mm. If the £750+ new RRP puts you off, get the equivalent Tokina, which is about £400. Not a massive zoom range mind, but excellent nonetheless.

Maybe a Nikon 17-55 f/2.8?

Nikon 17-55 f/2.8 gets my vote, unless you can see going full frame in the near future. If so then I'd go for either the 17-35 or 24-70 nikon offerings.
