Hi There
Any Fuji S5 Pro users out their i currently use a canon 30d for wedding photography and are thinking of purchaseing a S5 and would like to here some remarks from hands on users

You will need to purchase a whole new range of lenses as the S5 uses the Nikon F-Mount. It is said that the S5 Pro is the best alternative to the Canon EOS 5D as a wedding photographers main body as it produces the best skin tones.

In your position, having a select of Canon lenses (hopefully full-frame) the Canon EOS 5D wold be the obvious choice.
 
Not quite who you need but I had an s2pro and now d200 and I really miss the colours the fuji s camera's give you. I've tested the s5pro and would swap my d200's anyday... though I love my d200's.. the s5pro is the d200 with better colours for portraits especially. There is a lot more to it than that but that's why i'd change.
