Okay, so I have the GPS hotshoe addon - and can get the pictures onto GoogleMaps. Wondered if anyone had any better software/sites to view/track other than www.trippermap.com?

What are you doing with your tagged photos?

So, any idea / recommendations as to which GPS set-up to use?

Would prefer Nikon recommendations, which put data into RAW EXIF files.
 
Microsoft free download called pro photo tools allows geotagging nikon raw files....bit fiddly but suits me...i download using nikon transfer..geotag with MS prophoto then open in lightroom..it'll all be there. my gps file is a gpx generated by my phone using www.gpsed.com or from my proper garmin gps. google microsoft pro photo
 
Thank you, Gwaelod, but personally I much prefer an "all-in-one" solution ... if such exists :shrug:
 
Wow - thanks for the links. Loads to look through - I am mainly interested in mac versions and have no tried any of the Windows ones.
