Well finally got a tripod. Saw the giottos mtl9361 last week and was very impressed, also it appeared to be coming out top on the reviews.
Whilst searching for one, came across the mtl8361 (the carbon version) on eBay. Little bit more than I wanted to pay, however it was the sturdy tripod I wanted with less weight.
Won it on eBay an hour ago, collecting in the morning.
