Godox AD200 Error E3?

My Godox AD200 has started showing error E3?

Any quick fix or has anyone had this before and had it repaired?

E3 error = The voltage on two outlets of the flash tube is too high- needs some professional attention - I had the same fault on mine

Where did you send it for repair?

first thing you can try is the other head after cleaning the contacts

Tried both heads, not sure if the bulb has blown but the modelling light works ok

Did you buy from a UK supplier with a warranty?

If you bought it very recently I'd just ask for a return but otherwise I'd ask them where they got it from as they may be able to claim on the warranty if it came from a decent shop.

Back to where I bought it. They exchanged it as it was only 7 weeks old at that time

Lencarta did a repair & service so all working again now.
