Goldfinch in the sun...

Nice capture jeff, maybe a bigger crop would work. Sorry but my only crit would be having to click on any image three times to view at a decent size :shrug: ;)
 
Jeff the bird is nicely focused and detailed, however the surroundings are distracting, the bird does not really stand out from the background, which is a shame as it is a good shot of the bird.

If you want to shoot birds I always find the best thing is to find a well lit location that the birds frequent, then wait for them to come to you. (This can involve a lot of waiting :D )
