I once owned a 2.1 Swan speakers which was out of this world and very very affordable. I wish to get something similar to connect to my PC for movies and music. Can anyone advice?

Thanks!

Creative GigaWorks T20 Series II or the T40 Series II for a little more oomph.

I had some Bose PC Speakers which were THE best sounding pc speakers i had ever heard.

I now use a Cambridge audio amp and kef bookshelf speakers which for me blows all PC speakers into the water! even the Bose ones!:D

No, i have these (See image below - speaker on left) which are proper hifi speakers that need a seperate amp to run them. Those you have pointed out are i think speakers for surround sound on a TV/DVD set up ( i may be wrong!)

Amp is £150+ and speakers, any sub £200 will be fine if you want to go the hifi seperates route but they are big and bulky. If you want minimalist i'd go for the Bose companion 3's every time.
