just thought everyone should know that these guys are very good.
I placed an order last night via amazon.co.uk and accidentally ordered two of the same item. when I got the confirmation email i noticed what I had done and sent a reply asking to cancel one. A guy called Peter replied in less than five minutes stating that it would of course be fine to cancel the order and replace it with another for one item this time. all this before 10 am. It much nicer dealing with people who actually give a hoot...
