Hi folks

I am looking at getting a Hero 3+, probably Silver edition but possibly Black.
My question is - is it possible to change the frame rate without stopping recording? ie can I go from say 24 fps straight to 60 fps using the remote or app without stopping recording or touching the Gopro?

Thanks
Julian

Just a heads up, look at the go pro hero 3 not the 3+, I did a lot of research before buying mine and the lens on the 3+ is not as good as the one on the 3. There was something not quite right with it, cannot remember what it was.

The short focus issues have been fixed on the 3+, it has a better lens overall. Not to mention all the extra features you get with Protune 2.0.

I'm talking about the Black though, no idea on the Silver.

It must have been the early 3+ models that had this issue then, as this is what put me off the 3+. Technically the camera is the same accross the board just different features on different models, but from what I read it was all models that had the issue.
Glad its been fixed though, I have not used mine in anger as yet but will be using it from saturday and traveling through europe on the bike so will get lots of footage.
Battery power life is not that good if using most features be sure to buy some spare batteries if you are looking to do recording for any length of time,
