A young cat? Looks it. #2 suffers from clipped ears but #1 is rather nice.
of the cat but the composition is ... not quite right...can't put my finger on it. Love the cat...

For shots like these I feel the focus has to be bang on the eyes but unfortunately you have got it between the nose and eyes here, I find the car in the background drawing my eye also, perhaps shooting in portrait orientation would have helped here and would also have enabled you to included the cats feet in the shot.
