Took this photo at a cat walk event for a friend of a friend.
the conditions were horrid volted black celings and black woodern floor, no raised walk way and about 60 to many people.
this shot came out of the bunch, my flash didnt fire but someone elses did and i got this:

personally i think its too dark and the lights at the bottom are distracting from the model. i am not really sure what your trying to convey though. Im sure some will like the effect its just not for me.

there was no effect that i was trying to go for it was just a shot that happend because my flash didnt go off but someone elses did. i no what you mean about the lights i did a crop that was closer with no lights but it seemed empty when the model is front lit like that
