Just manage to get this shot of Southport before dashing back to the car Camera under one arm daughter under the other
It bucketed down only seconds later.

That's no river - it's the Southport boating lake

Another quality one of Southport Simmo - i'll have to get myself over there again. I do love that part of the coast (I know this isn't a coastal shot )

I like the sky and the composition, maybe it would be better with a little bit more detail brought out in the lower left corner though. having said that, it is good as it stands
