Where is the best place to buy these online?
Also, what will I need? Is it: Adaptor ring, filter holder and a grad filter?
TIA

I bought my ND filters from warehouse express.

Personally I find Graduated too much trouble for my level of hobby photography and just do what I can in Photoshop by merging RAW files...

But yes, you will need an adapter, holder and filter.
LEE apparently are very good.
COKIN - can leave a colour cast on your photos which can be removed in PP.

If putting on a WA lens you may also need a special adapter/holder to avoid vignetting...

hope that helps

1 x Cokin P452 52mm TH0.75 Adaptor |
1 x Cokin P400 P Holder and Cokin
1 x Cokin P152 Grey ND2X Filter

Would these be a decent starter kit?

i use a high street store - havent found a colour cast on my cokins. If i did they would repalce or refund with no problem.

i use filter depot usually, their prices for Cokin are usually pretty good but their service is exceptional, about 5 or 6 transactions and no issues

Well, I have nothing to compare to... but have no complaints.

The Lee holder is a fine piece of engineering in black anodized metal with nice brass details. I'm sure someone will tell me that I could have held the filter in place with my fingers and saved the money, but it works well for me, and should last a lifetime.
