Grafham water

I've just got a 400mm lens so I went down to grafham water after work the other day to get some practice with it. I'd appreciate it if someone could identify the bird in #2 and 3. Not great shots but it was a long way out and kept disappearing under the water for ages! Thanks for looking, C&C always welcome!

Definately some kind of grebe. Possibly great-crested but don't put money on it :shrug:
