Hi, just realised that I hadn't posted here yet. I grew up and went to university in the UK before coming out to Germany in 1990. I never got round to going back.
I'm an avid mountaineer and love scuba diving. I recently switched up from a high-end bridge camera to an Olympus M43 camera, which has really given me my photography mojo back.
So far I'm more of an opportunistic photographer than a planned one - I take my camera with me to the mountains to capture what I see rather than going with a specific photo in mind, but that's changing slowly.
