Hi, I've just bought a Nikon D50 (with the kit lens) and thought i'd join and introduce myself.

I'm a regular snapper, mostly family pics and a bit of scenery and have moved up from a Fuji S5600.

I'm looking to purchase a Zoom Lens but I'm not too sure what to get. Bearing in mind my Fuji has a 10x zoom, I'm looking at 18-135 or 50-200 Nikon's.

Any suggestions most welcome.

Hi Darren, welcome to the forums.

Not sure on the lenses myself, although ignore these Canon users, theyre very protective. You'll find we're awash with Nikon miscreants here who will happily answer your question
