Grips......for a D3000

I have had a look and i know Nikon don't do an official grip for the D3000 but have seen on Amazon and Ebay you can get one's from China. Does anyone have any experience of these and are they any good and worth getting?

I haven't seen that particular one before, but I had one from Etefore on Ebay on my D40 (same grip as far as I remember) which had built-in batteries and it worked fine.
