Sorry it doesn't look right to me, thought you had flipped the shot or something at first to get the hand in that position, then realising the position of the hand I tried it and it was really uncomfortable, so that and the large out of focus area foreground kinda puts me off.

Sorry if this sounds harsh in any way its just my opinion and others may feel completely different
