Happiness or Happyness?

The new Will Smith movie is titled "The Pursuit of Happyness".

Isn't it spelled "Happiness"?? Looks totally wrong to me when I saw the trailer in the cinema!

this is true, i was watching a review of this movie the other day,and it was mentioned why it is called "happyness" is revealed at the end, it looks quite a good movie too.

From a parent's point of view I couldn't even imagine, looks like a real tear jerker. I haven't seen it myself but hopefully will soon.
