I haven't taken much lately so I had a go at this raw file from just before Christmas. Any comments & crit welcome. Oh....and I spent about twenty minutes cloning out some telegraph wires...can anyone notice? TIA.

Well worth the time - a nice restfull image for a cold night.

Thanks Fangman. Funny thing, I'm looking at it on my work monitor and I don't like it as much. Must re-calibrate :smilenod:

Nice country shot stepheno.. Where exactly is Hardcastle Crags mate..:)

Thanks BB. Hardcastle Crags (National Trust) is just outside Hebden Bridge in West Yorks, on the way from Halifax to Todmorden. It's a nice place and only about twenty mins for me. Have a look here.

Seconded - Hardcastle Crags is a fantastic place to take photos if you like trees and water :) If you walk a long way up the Crags, the landscape changes from pine tree forest to sparse moorland, all with this great stream running through it. Well worth a trip.

Love the shot by the way Stepheno, has a very warm feeling to it.

Matt
