Harlequin Ladybird

This fella flew into my car and landed on my arm. I later put him safe in my garden but decided he should pay for the ride with a few shots. Here's the one I liked.
His choice of foliage wasnt the best photographically but I wasnt going to move him around any more.

There is a lot around right now, the explosion is being compared to the 1976 invasion when it seemed every available square inch was covered with them, just hope their food supply holds out.

Very nice! How did you do the crop?

Thank you Samina. The crop is quite a big one and was done in Photoshop CS4, after the crop I applied some sharpening too. This can be done in Photoshop Elements or most all of the photo processing software. Has this answered your question? hope so, if not let me know.
