Have I purchased a fake lens pen?

Even their photos have writing on the pen. You could send it back as ordered by mistake uf in doubt. Not like the postage is gonna be high
 
If you don't think it's right sent it back.if you bought from a third party company via amazon report it to amazon. The link you provided is not actually sold by amazon so it could easily be fake. I bought 2 sandisk SD cards via a third party seller from amazon and a year later found them to be fakes as they both had the same serial number! It was too late by then to send them back.
 
Amazon say i have to email the seller and wait 3 days

I can predict the response "yes it is genuine , no need to worry", not sure what Amazon are expecting

Does it do what it's supposed to? It's £5.99 if it's a fake and doesn't work bin it. It's really not worth stressing over
