Having a problem with 40D raw in Elements 5.

I picked up the new camera today, I cannot for the life of me get elements 5 to recognise the RAW pictures. It was never a problem with my 350d. I`ve tried all the available updates and codecs to no avail.

I`m sitting here scratching my head. Any ideas?
 
Ah. Just seen the other thread below regarding converting to DNG`s. Tried this and it works. Just a shame that I`ve got to convert them all first.
 
Youve downloaded the new ACR RAW plugin v 4.3 which includes support for the 40d and put it into the correct folder? Program files/Adobe/Elements/Plugins/file formats?replace the one that is in there.
 
If it still dosent work copy the file to Program files/common files/ adobe/
and replace the file.

Ignore this as you have got it working now.
