Thought I'd say hello here, and ask a question. I've used my avatar for years and years, it is of course one of the griffons as you enter the City of London, I used to do a lot of London photography, so it was a natural. In the intervening years the Cross of St George has been semi appropriated by other groups and it struck me looking at it that, especially in these days, I might be giving unintended (and, plain wrong) signals with it.

Has my avatar caused you to think I am aligning with the brigade who wave England flags, loudly?
