Help needed!

Hi all, I recently bought a 80-200 AF-S lens off eBay, seller said it was in mint condition which it was and in perfect working order. On trying the lens, the lens will not focus and makes a loud squealing noise, will not focus using the manual focus either. I have a D7200 body, is there any settings in there that would fix this or maybe I have the wrong setting? Or is the motor goosed? Your help will be greatly appreciated
